In order to get acquainted with the methods of wastewater treatment on February 9, the students of the refresher courses under the program "Hydrological and ecological foundations of the water industry", organized within the framework of the international project "Erasmus +": Institutional partnership for the sustainable use of transboundary water use: Russia and Kazakhstan ", were on an excursion to the State Enterprise "Өskemen-Vodokanal".

On February 10, 2017, the participants of the advanced training courses visited the KazHydroMet FGE on the East Kazakhstan area.

The purpose of the excursion was to familiarize with the monitoring of the hydrological and hydrochemical regime of water bodies in the East Kazakhstan region and the main principles of organization and methods of research.

In the laboratory, the audience was presented with experience in determining the concentration of pollutants in water.
