On November 12, 2021, NPLC "Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University" is holding an International scientific and practical conference (within the framework of the V International Conference "Local History Readings - 2021") "Actual problems of national and world history in the scientific heritage of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Sovetkhan Kabdualievich Igibayev", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding scientist-historian, Doctor of Historical Sciences, professor.

Researchers, teachers of universities, colleges and schools, doctoral students, postgraduates, undergraduates, students engaged in research work, local history research are invited to participate in the conference.

The conference is expected to work in the following areas:

The scientific heritage of Professor S.K. Igibaev in Russian history and culture;
Actual problems of source studies and historiography of Russian history;
Actual problems of National history;
Issues of local history and preservation of historical and cultural heritage;
Actual problems of social sciences and humanities;
Historical education in the context of global transformations.
The working languages of the conference are Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Time: plenary session of the conference 11.00-13.00, breakout sessions 14.00-17.00.

The format of the conference: offline (in compliance with all necessary sanitary and epidemiological rules) and online mode (ZOOM) (link, ID, password will be provided additionally).

According to the results of the conference, it is planned to publish a collection of articles on electronic media.

Requirements for the design of the report: the volume is not less than 6 thousand and not more than 12 thousand words. Before the beginning of the article, the UDC, surname, first name and patronymic of the author are indicated in the upper right corner, his affiliation (indicate place of work or study), city of residence and e-mail are indicated in the interval below the center - the title of the article in capital letters. Width alignment, no hyphenation. The text is printed with 12 pins in 1 interval, Times New Roman font, references are given in the text in square brackets (example - [1, p. 17.]) to the list of references at the end of the article (the literature is indicated in alphabetical order, numbering without dots). All fields are 2 cm each. The works are accepted in the format *.doc and *.rtf, made in the MS WORD editor. The file name must match the full name of the first author. Graphic images are placed inside the text in good quality with a mandatory brief annotation to them.
