The purpose of the competition:

- Identification and support of the best students in the university specialty according to the results of the current academic year;

- Stimulation of scientific research and educational activities of students;

- Students of 2-4 years of full-time education with high performance in education, research and public service can participate in the competition.

The contest will be held in the university departments within 25 calendar days from the moment of publication of the announcement on the university website, the selection of candidates can be held as an Olympiad, a contest on special subjects.

  Within 7 calendar days after the end of the competition at the departments, the Higher School Council approves the nominated candidates and gives the department of innovative development and commercialization in the form of an official record.

The winners of the competition will be awarded the title of "Best in Specialty" with diplomas signed by the rector, the chairman of the university board.

Mandatory requirements:

- The average score of progress in the current year is higher than 3.5 points (GPA);

- Participation in various level Olympiads, competitions, conferences, forums;

- Availability of publications on the topic of scientific research;

- Participation in public, cultural and sports events of high school and university;

-Each candidate is given a proposal-reasoning, signed by the group curator and the head of the department, showing all the student's achievements.
